Too liquidy/sticky

I bought this slime at the lemon festival in upland and I only got to use it twice, because it ended up becoming too liquidy and sticky. I tried to revive it with activator and it only made it more liquidy. I had high hopes for this slime, but now it seems like a waste of money. 🙁
